3 Levels of 6 Week Intesne Programs.
Program will be chosen after an intake question package is completed. Alyx or Kris Ulbrich will assign the training program best for your current fitness level and goal timelines.
Expect to spend 90 - 120 minutes 5 days a week, with 2 days doing 45 - 75 minute workouts. They will be hard, intense, and some of the more challenging programing of your life.
